I had a great stay at this hotel just outside the charming village of Hammondsport. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in Hammondsport, including a great brewery right next door. The service from the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very comfy beds and pillows. I appreciated the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a lot of choices and delicious homemade treats like chocolate chip muffins and banana bread, thanks to Melody, the Breakfast Supervisor.

All was just fine, no complaints.

The staff at Best Western Plus was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived late and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The pool was a great way to relax after a long day. The location was perfect, just a minute outside of a charming little town. The hotel itself was brand new and very clean. The breakfast provided was also delicious and had a lot of variety. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the Finger Lakes area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. We especially loved the ladies who served during the free breakfast, they were exceptional! The location was great, as it was close to everything in this adorable village. Additionally, the coffee was delicious and we loved that we could choose between dark or light, plus warm free cookies were available when they had them!

Our stay was the best part of our business trip! The breakfast was excellent and included hot and cold options. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We loved that the room had a microwave and mini-fridge which helped us save money on eating out. The location was perfect, close to wineries and restaurants. Our room was also spotless which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We honestly didn't have any complaints about our stay. The only minor issue we had was with the hot water taking a little while to heat up.
